Terms and Conditions
1- Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, you must inform Hyle Surfhouse in writing (via email or letter). The effective cancellation date is the date on which we receive your written notice. Refunds are calculated according to the following schedule:
More than 60 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
Between 59 and 30 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
Between 29 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund will be issued.
No-show (you do not arrive on the booked arrival date): No refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend that you have suitable travel insurance in place to cover unexpected cancellations.
2- Transfers
Booked taxis that you miss will be charged to your account.
Our drivers will be waiting for you and will include up to one hour of waiting time free of charge.
All transfers that are not to Agadir airport are arranged by Hyle Surfhouse. All payments for such transfers are made directly to the transport provider.
Hyle Surfhouse accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or additional costs arising from the use of these services.
Hyle Surfhouse cannot guarantee exact arrival or departure times for any transfer and is not liable for missed connections to onward travel or other services.
3- Insurance
Every guest booking a stay with Hyle Surfhouse must hold valid and comprehensive travel insurance for the full duration of their trip. Guests are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel insurance. Hyle Surfhouse cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to persons or property, flight delays, or any loss of all or part of the trip resulting from force majeure.
4- Surf & Weather Conditions
No Warranty on Conditions: Hyle Surfhouse cannot guarantee particular surf or weather conditions and is not responsible for any disappointment or impact on planned activities due to poor or unsuitable conditions.
Changes to Activities: If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we will do our best to suggest alternative activities. However, if you choose not to participate in these alternatives, no refunds will be provided.
5- Passports and Visas
Each guest is responsible for ensuring that they hold a valid passport and, where required, the correct visas or permits for travel. Hyle Surfhouse is not responsible for any problems, costs, or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete travel documentation.
6- Guest Behaviour
Guests are expected to treat other guests, staff, and property with respect. If any guest behaves in a manner that is abusive, dangerous, illegal, or seriously disruptive, Hyle Surfhouse reserves the right to terminate their stay immediately and without refund.
7- Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
Hyle Surfhouse is not liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations under this agreement where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, and other force majeure events.
8- Use of Personal Data
Personal information provided by the client will be used solely for booking, communication, and operational purposes and will be processed in line with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy.
9- Right to Update
Hyle Surfhouse may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be made available on our website and will apply to new bookings from the date it is published.
